CPR Training

The Discovery Bay Community Foundation in partnership with the Pacific Coast Water Rescue Foundation (PCWRF) will host a CPR & Basic First Aid Training for certification for anyone interested. The 4-hour course will be held at the Discovery Bay Elementary Gymnasium on Saturday, May 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

    ABOUT DBCF EVENTS

    The purpose for events hosted by or sponsored by the Discovery Bay Community Foundation is to raise funds for projects that support our community. Some event proceeds will be delegated to specific programs, and others will be determined for distribution by the Foundation. We are currently focusing our discretionary grantmaking on a limited number of programs and organizations for the next two years; teen and youth outreach and water and safety programs. As the Discovery Bay Community Foundation continues to grow, we will add programs that are of benefit and value to our community.
